Frances Nwadigo is a Supply chain expert, youth transformation coach, and intentional mom of three adolescents, driven by a deep passion for empowering young people to thrive in today’s complex world. With more than 15 years of industry experience, she brings a unique blend of professional expertise, real-world insight, and heartfelt commitment to her mission of equipping youth with confidence, resilience, and purpose.

Beyond her career, Frances serves as a volunteer mentor with one of Canada’s largest youth mentoring organizations, where she has impacted countless young lives. She is also an accomplished Toastmaster, having led her club as President to achieve the prestigious President’s Distinguished Club title.

Frances holds a Master of Management in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
